22 Shoot At The Local Range

22 Shoot At The Local Range
The local range holds a 22 shoot every wednesday, where you ante up $5.00 and you get the targets for 25, 50, 75, and 100 yards, ten shots at each range. Best score at the end of the day wins a portion of the kitty and the rest goes to the Sportsman's Club. It's a lot of fun. Took my son for him to give it a try. He didn't win (the kitty, anyway), neither did I, but neither of us did the worst that day, and in my opinion, we both won. Here are some pictures.

RE: 22 Shoot At The Local Range
Looks like a lot of fun. Did you really do a 75/100yd shoot with a 22? If so that's where a better named brand scope needs to come into play with accurate elevation scope clicks. What you using on your rifle or did the range let you take some practice shots at the different yardage to correct adjustments or did you just guess at the holdover? I love 22 shoot-outs. Kinda like a poor-man's version of TOP SHOT.
