Taking care of Business with my Marlin 17HMR
Saw a large hole dug into my pond bank this week and knew trouble was a brewin' for the varmint inside it.
When I saw the Groundhog sticking it's head out on Friday, I grabbed my Marlin VRX 17HMR w/3-9 scope and snuck out to my back deck. I scoped the area out and found the varmint at the top edge trying to hide behind some weeds. We had just mowed the pond's weeds down a few weeks ago, so weeds were only a foot tall at most and thinned out. Don't know why pic is on side, it was righted in my album. Del |
