history/value of early 1900's Winchester 94
I have a Winchester model 1894 32 W.S. that has been handed down through the years. The serial number is 227638 and I believe it was manufactured in 1901 or 1902.
I am wondering if you can provide any additional details about this specific rifle and perhaps an estimate of it's value.

You don't give a lot of information as to the length as in a rifle or carbine. And without pictures its hard to give a complete price. But according to my books you may be somewhere in the $500.00 to maybe $1500.00. Does it have a round or octagon barrel. Does it have a saddle ring on it. There is a lot that is needed to give an exact price.
