12 gauge. I let her try out some 00 buck also= she didn't care for those... But she loves the gun!

We added the Limbsaver butt pad and a plus 2 mag extension, now it holds 6 plus one 2 3/4 shells.
I've gotta say that I really like the rifle sites on this one.
