Here's a pic Wife took of me and my 1st Turkey this October, while also hunting for Squirrels. This made up for not getting any Squirrels.

Congrats on the first gobbler. I haven't gone turkey hunting yet. Heck, I haven't done much more than hiking with guns, but I really want to try my hand at it soon.

Thanks. Once skinned and all inards taken out, probably not much more than 8#s. I also saved the heart, liver, neck and gizzard for some redneck snacking. Wings and tail feathers are going up on wall for my Ego Trophy.
